Braised Napa Cabbage and Shiitake Mushrooms with Edamame

A quick stir fry for tonight!

Serves 4, 1 cup portions

Ingredients

2 cups shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 jalapeno, sliced
1 cup edamame, shelled
1 large head Napa Cabbage, thinly sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce

Directions

1. Heat oil in large pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic, yellow pepper, jalapeno, edamame, mushrooms and stir fry until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
3. Add cabbage and pour soy sauce over and stir fry about 3 minutes.
4. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook until cabbage is barely tender, about 10 minutes.
5. Serve hot, accompanied with rice, sirarcha, and other sauces.
