Homemade Tortilla Strips

A quick way to make tortilla strips for a soup or a snack

Ingredients

5 fajita-sized corn tortillas, cut into strips
Olive oil
Salt, to taste

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Arrange tortilla strips on baking sheet.
3. Drizzle oil over strips and sprinkle with salt.
4. Cook for 10 minutes then flip strips and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes or until crispy.
