Homemade Yogurt

Start making your own probiotics at home with this super easy recipe

Ingredients

1/2 gallon milk
1/4 cup yogurt (I personally recommend Fage)

Directions

1. Bring milk to boil about 210°F, not higher than 212°F. You can also use a double boiler and boil the water under the milk for 45 minutes.
2. Cool to about 110°F.
3. Whisk in yogurt and pour into closed container.
4. Put in warm place such an oven with the light on, around 90°F for 8-10 hours then refrigerate.
