2017 New Year’s Resolution

Print
As part of my New Year’s resolutions for 2017, I would like to start improving my cooking skills. So with that in mind, one of my resolutions is to make one new recipe per week.

To help me reach that goal, I am going to share the recipes that I make here.

Enjoy! And leave a comment or two about how your own cooking adventures went.

Update from 2018

Wow! I can’t believe how fast this year went. It was a fun year to learn more about cooking and to try new things. I didn’t make a new recipe every week but I did make 45 new recipes in 52 weeks. After looking back here are a few things that I learned about myself, my cooking, and you guys.

1. Lemon Blueberry Scones
2. Tofu Tagine with Lemon and Olives
3. Acuka Dip
4. Homemade Yogurt (I make this every week)

3. My least favorite recipe of 2017: Asparagus and Mushroom Salad Pasta

4. Your top 5 favorite recipes of 2017 (based on hits):
1. Tofu Tagine with Lemon and Olives
